Flints Favorite Sour Cream Raisin Pie

1 cup cream
3/4 c  sugar
2 egg yolks
1 cup washed raisins
1 tbsp butter

Mix well and cook over medium heat until boiling- Boil 2 min and add vanilla. 
Put in cooked pie shell and top with meringue and brown.

Broccoli Salad

5 cups broccoli florest
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup bacon bits (crumbled)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins

Dressing
1 cup mayonaise
3 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup sugar


Judy's Breakfast Egg Dish

1 lb hash browns   
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup diced ham
4-5 eggs
1/2 half & half milk
salt & pepper

also, if you'd like:
onions, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, salsa

or make it Greek: spinach and feta cheese

Thaw hash browns and put in 9x13 pan.
Pour melted butter over hash browns and bake for 20 minutes at 420F.
Beat eggs and milk. Sprinkle your favorite ingredients over dish and pour egg-milk-mixture over hash browns. Bake for 35 minutes at 400F.


Fabulous Fudge Brownies

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla

Icing
2 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp boiling water
2 tbsp vanilla

Cream sugar, cocoa and butter.
Add beaten eggs and vanilla.
Add flour and fold in walnuts.
Bake in greased 9x13 cake pan at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
Top should appear underdone (falls in the middle).
Should be moist and chewy.
Add icing immediately after removing from oven so it will melt into a shiny glaze.
To make the icing, mix all ingredients together with electric beater while brownies are cooking
